Detailed Description

A number of rows above and below the viewport.

This is used both to request overscan with GHOSTTY_RENDER_STATE_OPT_OVERSCAN and to report how many rows an update captured with GHOSTTY_RENDER_STATE_DATA_OVERSCAN. See Overscan for how the extra rows are used.
